Job summary

ReliaQuest, LLC is seeking a Demand Generation Manager in Tampa, FL to lead and scale a high-impact demand generation function. You will own the strategy and execution across paid, email, web, SEO/AEO, webinars, democasts, and events, partnering with events and inside sales to accelerate pipeline and revenue.

The role requires 4+ years in B2B marketing with strong full-funnel skills, expertise in Marketo and Salesforce, and a proven track record of mentoring junior marketers and driving

Qualifications

• 4+ years of B2B marketing experience with full-funnel demand generation skills.
• Experience leading or mentoring others and aligning sales/marketing partners.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the demand generation plan with quarterly goals and budget.
• Manage and develop Demand Generation Specialists; coach for ownership.
• Review performance across paid, email, web, and events to optimize spend.
• Represent demand generation in cross-functional planning with sales, creative, and web teams.
• Own reporting narrative for leadership using GA, Salesforce, and Marketo.
• Set best practices for ABM/intent tools, retargeting, and testing discipline.
• Escalate and reallocate resources when campaigns underperform.
