Job summary

Bulletproof 360, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Demand Planner to own the statistical and collaborative forecast for assigned categories, turning historical sell-through and market data into a forecast for Supply Planning, Sales, and Finance.

You will lead the Demand Review within the monthly S&OP cycle, partner with Sales and Marketing to size promotions and launches, monitor forecast accuracy, and present risks and opportunities to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in demand planning, forecasting, or related analytics.
• Bachelor-level degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong statistical and analytical skills; experience with forecasting tools.
• Experience with syndicated data (Circana/IRI/Nielsen/SPINS) and DTC analytics.
• Led cross-functional S&OP or consensus forecasting processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain statistical baseline forecasts at SKU/channel/customer levels.
• Lead the Demand Review within monthly S&OP process; secure consensus forecast.
• Size promotions, launches, and seasonal programs; fold lift into forecasting.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and bias; diagnose root causes; drive actions.
• Maintain and improve demand planning tools and models; flag risks early.
• Present forecast risks, opportunities, and insights to leadership.
