Strategic Demand Planner: IBP Forecast Leader

Job summary

UST is seeking a Senior Demand Planner to develop SKU-level forecasts across an assigned portfolio using SAP Demand Planning within IBP. You will coordinate with Marketing, Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, CPFR, Finance and Supply Planning to use historical orders, POS trends, trade inventory and promotions to create accurate demand plans for new and existing products.

You will quantify forecast gaps, lead cross-functional reviews, maintain MAPe and forecast accuracy metrics, and identify

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years business experience required.
• Strong Excel skills (vLookups, pivot tables) required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a matrix environment.
• Up to 10% travel (domestic/international).
• Kinaxis Planning systems experience also required.

Responsibilities

• Develop SKU-level forecasts for assigned products using SAP Demand Planning within IBP.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners (Marketing, Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, CPFR, Finance, Supply Planning) using historical data, POS trends, trade inventory and promotions.
• Quantify forecast gaps and lead cross-functional forecast reviews per IBP standards; monitor MAPE and forecast accuracy.
