Job summary

Bulletproof is seeking a Demand Planner (Contractor) to own the forecast for assigned categories and channels, turning historical sell-through, promotions, and market intelligence into a plan for Supply Planning, Sales and Finance.

This fully remote contract role requires 4+ years in demand planning, a related bachelor’s degree, and experience with forecasting software (o9/Blue Yonder/Kinaxis/SAP IBP) and syndicated data. Hourly rate is $35–$40, 40 hours per week for eight weeks.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, or a related analytical role.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Statistics, Business, Economics, or related field.
Strong statistical and analytical skills; experience with forecasting/demand planning software.
Experience with syndicated data sources and/or DTC e-commerce analytics.
Track record leading cross-functional S&OP or consensus forecasting processes.
Excellent communication skills; comfortable presenting forecasts to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain statistical baseline forecasts at SKU, channel, and customer level.
Lead the Demand Review as part of the monthly S&OP cycle.
Partner with Sales and Marketing to size promotions and new item launches.
Monitor forecast accuracy and bias; diagnose root causes and drive corrective action.
Maintain and improve demand planning tools and models.
Present forecast risks and opportunities to cross-functional leadership.
