Job summary

Bulletproof 360 is seeking a Demand Planner to own the statistical and collaborative forecast for multiple categories. You will drive the demand side of the monthly S&OP process, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to land a single consensus forecast.

You will analyze POS, Circana/IRI, Nielsen, SPINS, and DTC data to inform outputs and guide production and purchasing decisions. The role requires 5+ years in demand planning, a UX of cross-functional leadership, and strong Excel and

Qualifications

5+ years of demand planning or related analytical experience in CPG/food/beverage.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
Strong forecasting software experience plus advanced Excel.
Experience with syndicated data sources and DTC analytics.
Proven track record leading S&OP or consensus forecasting.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain statistical baseline forecasts at SKU/channel/customer level.
Lead the Demand Review as part of monthly S&OP cycle.
Size promotions and new item launches with forecast lift.
Monitor forecast accuracy and diagnose root causes with cross-functional teams.
Maintain/improve demand planning tools and alert systems.
Analyze POS and syndicated data to spot trends and adjust outlook.
Present risks and opportunities to leadership.
