Job summary

Champion Petfoods is seeking a Demand Finance Business Partner, North America to join our growing finance team. This role partners with sales, marketing and leadership to translate demand and commercial data into actionable financial plans and performance insights.

You will balance portfolio mix, pricing strategy and trade promotions, drive forecasting accuracy, and provide stewardship over budgets and S&OP+ processes from our Nashville, TN or New York City hubs with a hybrid work schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related analytical field.
• 6+ years of progressive finance experience.
• Experience in FMCG/CPG or Food & Beverage preferred.
• MBA, CPA, CA or equivalent credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead profitability analysis for channels and customers.
• Model Route to Market structures and portfolio margins.
• Partner on pricing strategies and promotional elasticity.
• Oversee trade expenditure budgeting and governance.
• Provide S&OP+ demand management input and financial scenarios.
• Deliver executive reporting and KPI dashboards.
