Champion Petfoods LP is seeking a Demand Finance Business Partner, North America to support sales and demand teams in achieving financial objectives. This role blends commercial insight with rigorous financial execution across North America sales, marketing, and leadership groups.

Responsibilities include optimizing channel profitability, pricing, trade promotion ROI, and budget stewardship, while partnering with FP&A and cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights and robust forecasts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related analytical field.
• MBA, CPA, CA, or equivalent credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis of channel and customer profitability and develop transparent performance views.
• Analyze Route to Market structures and portfolio margins with sales leadership.
• Partner with Strategic Revenue Management to implement pricing strategies and promotional elasticity.
• Oversee trade expenditure budgeting, accruals, and tracking during close processes.
• Coordinate S&OP+ Demand Management to align forecasts with financial commitments.
• Provide financial forecasts, KPIs, and executive-level reporting to leadership.
