Champion Petfoods is seeking a Demand Finance Business Partner, North America, to bridge commercial and financial planning across sales, marketing and leadership teams. This hybrid role, based in North America with three days in person, reports to the Finance Director, NORAM.

You will analyze profitability, pricing, trade promotions, and budget stewardship while partnering with channel leadership to optimize NSV/GSV and forecast accuracy.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics.
• MBA, CPA, CA or equivalent credentials preferred.
• 6+ years of progressive finance experience with emphasis on commercial finance.
• Experience in FMCG/CPG or Food & Beverage environment is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Commercial Performance & Revenue Optimization: analyze profitability and optimize channel profitability; support pricing and trade promotions; model NSV and GSV.
• Trade Investment & Budget Stewardship: oversee trade expenditure budgeting, accruals, and ROI analysis; govern ACP budgets.
• Integrated Business Planning & S&OP+ Integration: support SOP+ demand management, business planning, and post-launch analyses.
• Financial Analysis, Reporting & Performance Tracking: provide forecasts, variance analyses and executive reporting.
• Collaboration & Team Leadership: partner with Sales, Marketing, and Demand teams; coach junior staff.
