Champion Petfoods seeks a Demand Finance Business Partner, North America to partner with NA sales, marketing and leadership. This role blends financial execution with commercial strategy, turning data into actionable insights and driving sustainable growth.

The position reports to the NORAM Finance Director and offers a hybrid work setup from our corporate offices in the US. Key responsibilities include optimizing channel profitability, pricing strategy support, trade ROI analysis, and leading

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive finance experience with a commercial focus.
• Experience in FMCG/CPG or Food & Beverage is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced credentials preferred (MBA/CPA/CA).

Responsabilités

• Lead commercial performance and revenue optimization activities for NA sales.
• Oversee trade investment, budgeting and governance of trade expenditures.
• Drive integrated planning (S&OP+) and financial modeling for business plans.
• Provide timely forecasting, variance analyses, and leadership-ready reporting.
• Coach and lead junior staff and partner with Sales, Marketing, and Category Mgmt.
