Job summary

Datacor is seeking a Lead Delivery Manager to guide the most complex ERP/MES/WMS and CRM implementations for our process manufacturing clients. You will own scope, budget, risk, and stakeholder relationships, coordinating cross‑functional teams of implementation specialists, technical services, and solution architects to deliver value.

The role requires strong communication, budget discipline, and a proven track record of delivering large projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, CS or related field.
• 5–7 years ERP delivery/implementation experience including multi-workstream projects.
• Proven track record delivering large implementations on time and budget.
• ERP/MES/WMS/CRM experience in process manufacturing or distribution preferred.
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Advanced project management, budgeting, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of complex, high-visibility ERP/MES/WMS/CRM implementations.
• Own scope, budget, risk, and stakeholder management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across implementation, services and product.
• Conduct executive status meetings and report delivery health and risks.
• Drive resolution of delivery inquiries and escalations.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure smooth handoffs.
