Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience supporting defense and mission‑focused programs.
• Knowledge of DoD markets, acquisition processes, customer organizations and competition dynamics.
• Experience reading, interpreting, and developing formal RFIs, sources sought, RFPs and proposals.
• Proposal management, capture support, or business development experience.
• Strong communication skills to brief and influence customers and executives.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders in a team environment.
• U.S. citizenship with ability to obtain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams supporting test planning, data collection, analysis, reporting and customer decisions.
• Support cost, schedule, performance, risk, and contract execution across various contract types.
• Maintain scope discipline and identify out‑of‑scope work.
• Coordinate with leads, engineers, subcontractors, customers and business support functions.
• Identify program risks, develop mitigation, and track impacts to objectives.
• Support customer briefings, reviews and executive reporting.
• Directly support leadership in improving operations and execution discipline.
• Support employee‑owner engagement and cross‑Group coordination.
• Support acquisition documents including SOWs, PWSs, and proposal artifacts.
