Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Staff Test & Evaluation (T&E) Technical Program Manager to join the Strategic Defense line in Huntsville, AL. You will lead test planning, execution, and reporting across hardware, software, and CRTs, coordinating with program leadership and government partners to drive iterative design and fielding of advanced defense solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related technical field.
• Current Top Secret Security Clearance.
• 10+ years of experience in technical program or project management, engineering management, engineering, or comparable skill.
• Strong technical background with familiarity in systems engineering and/or software development.
• Ability to execute the full test engineering process with little oversight.
• Experience producing customer facing test deliverables and communicating with stakeholders.
• Experience as a test conductor/director while executing testing.
• Experience executing ground test campaigns in hardware/software integration labs.

Responsibilities

• Determine and develop approaches to achieve T&E goals with emphasis on hardware-in-the-loop ground tests.
• Coordinate testing at private and government ranges.
• Deconflict test events across programs.
• Ensure safe operation of testing efforts.
• Discuss test results with Engineering and stakeholders.
• Collect and perform initial data analysis.
• Support design/implementation of live-virtual-constructive (LVC) test scenarios.
• Document test procedures and results for engineering teams.
