Radiance Technologies in Huntsville, AL, seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead defense program execution from award to flight testing. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, and serve as primary liaison with PMOs and customers.

Applicants should have a DoD acquisitions background, familiarity with FAR/DFARS, and active security clearance. PMP/DAWIA and ACAT program experience are highly preferred for this challenging role.

Qualificações

• B.S. in Engineering, Business Administration, Systems Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of direct experience as a Program Manager or Deputy PM on complex hardware/software defense contracts.
• DoW acquisition cycles, FAR/DFARS, and defense contracting types (CPFF, FPIF, FFP); strong scheduling expertise.

Responsabilidades

• Lead overall program execution from award through design, development, hardware integration, production, and flight testing.
• Manage budget, cash flow, margins, cost baselines, and cost/schedule performance metrics.
• Serve as primary operational/contractual point of contact for PMOs and customers; lead PMRs and executive briefings.
