Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years operating military weapon systems in operational, training, test, or similar environments.
• Minimum 3 years of DoW test experience, including development/operational/test/field-experimentation phases.
• Experience supporting test planning, execution, data collection, discrepancy documentation, and test reporting.
• Ability to read, interpret, and execute technical procedures, test plans, and operational documentation.
• Ability to analyze test results and communicate findings verbally and in writing.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple test tasks and coordination requirements.
• Ability to travel and support field activities as required.
• U.S. citizenship with TS clearance and SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead Test & Evaluation (T&E) IPTs with Government representatives, external stakeholders, test organizations, system integrators, and end users.
• Ensure test strategies and documentation traceable to approved requirements and program needs.
• Develop, review, and refine test plans, procedures, cards, scenarios, data-collection plans, and readiness materials.
• Participate in CT/DT/OT events for military systems and subsystems.
• Operate or support operation of weapon systems and test equipment per procedures and safety rules.
• Collect, organize, validate, and analyze test data and logs.
• Prepare technical products: test reports, briefings, after-action reviews, and recommendations.
• Coordinate with Government personnel and stakeholders to support test planning and execution.
• Provide user-perspective on system employment and training needs.
• Travel to government facilities and test ranges as required.
