Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in decision science or data analytics.
• Expert SQL and Python with large datasets.
• Strong applied statistics and analytics skills including hypothesis testing, regression, and experimental design.
• Experience with causal inference and impact measurement.
• Healthcare/payer data expertise and familiarity with claims/enrollment data.
• Strong business and executive communication skills.
• Experience with Snowflake and cloud data platforms.
• Knowledge of ETL/ELT and data engineering basics.
• Ability to develop reusable analytical assets.
• Experience collaborating across functions and mentoring analytics staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead deep statistical studies to prove member outcomes and guide decision-making.
• Design, build, and maintain causal inference studies for in-home health evaluation.
• Build proof-of-concepts to identify new member insights using health plan data.
• Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches.
• Conduct sizings for new products and partnerships using internal and public data.
• Champion analytics best practices and documentation across Signify/ CVS Health.
• Present analyses directly to Signify's ELT and executive leadership.
