Generalist AI, Inc. is seeking a Strategic Deals Lead to own structuring, negotiation, and expansion of its most important commercial relationships.

You will design creative deal structures for frontier robotics and AI technology, negotiate terms with senior business executives, and coordinate with legal to manage data-use rights and IP concerns. You will partner with Applied AI & Partnerships and leadership to translate product and deployment requirements into durable commercial agreements,

Qualifications

• Proven record structuring and closing of high‑value tech transactions or strategic partnerships.
• Experience negotiating agreements with novel technologies or complex IP/data considerations.
• Strong commercial judgment distinguishing strategic issues from negotiable points.
• Ability to translate engineering concepts into commercial requirements and norms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior leadership decisions.

Responsabilités

• Own the structuring, negotiation, and closing of Generalist's complex commercial transactions and partnerships from terms through definitive agreements.
• Develop creative deal structures for emerging technologies and business models balancing value, feasibility, and customer needs.
• Lead commercial negotiations and work with legal on issues like data-use rights, IP, exclusivity, and deployment terms.
• Collaborate with Applied AI & Partnerships and technical teams to translate product and deployment needs into deal structures.
• Drive renewals and expansions for major partnerships to deepen long-term value.
• Synthesize learnings into reusable negotiation plays, market intelligence, and strategy recommendations.
