Westlake Financial in the United States seeks a motivated Strategic Dealer Manager to expand relationships with large corporate franchise auto dealerships and drive loan production with white-glove service.

You will collaborate with National Account Executives to train dealers on current programs, negotiate terms, and unlock growth opportunities within a fast-paced, incentive-rich environment offering uncapped commissions and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Background in Sales, Automotive, or phone sales.
• 1-2 years of sales experience with proven success.
• High energy, results-driven and able to influence decision-makers.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient with CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Strategic Franchise Dealerships to drive loan production and revenue growth.
• Provide expert guidance via phone, email, and video meetings to train dealers on current programs and fast funding requirements.
• Collaborate with dealer partners to provide solutions, rehash, and restructure vehicle loans for optimal approvals.
• Review and identify opportunities for the dealership to find value in Westlake Financial.
