Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of sales experience.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree aligned with sales leadership.
• 8+ years of sales experience with lead responsibility.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with dealer principals and leaders to align objectives with strategic priorities.
• Coach dealer sales organizations with structured feedback and development strategies.
• Leverage market intelligence and performance data to improve dealer execution and growth.
• Partner with dealer leadership to create growth strategies across vehicles, services, financing, parts, and aftermarket offerings.
• Connect dealers with internal resources to address business challenges and improve outcomes.
• Use CRM systems, analytics platforms, dashboards, and AI insights to assess performance and pipeline health.
• Monitor market dynamics and dealer performance to address concerns and capitalize on opportunities.
• Share best practices and collaborate across functions to foster learning and innovation.
