Job summary

International Motors seeks a Senior Sales Representative to drive revenue with Fleet Accounts, leveraging relationships across our Dealer Network and customers in North America. The role demands strong business acumen and proven sales execution.

You will lead dealer outside sales teams, coordinate cross-functionally, and develop strategic approaches to win bids and expand market share in the North American market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of sales experience OR
• Master's degree and no experience OR
• At least 3 years of sales experience

Responsibilities

• Sell company products and services to Fleet Accounts by developing relationships with International, Dealer Distribution Network and Fleet customers.
• Build and maintain relationships to drive sales growth within existing and new accounts.
• Lead, train and develop (Dealer) outside sales teams to grow business with existing and new accounts.
• Navigate internal processes and cross-functional requirements to ensure timely activation of customer bid awards.
