Novae LLC is seeking an experienced Account Manager to support our family of trailer brands and cultivate dealer partnerships across assigned territories. You will manage order entry, forecasting, and coordination to drive profitable growth while aligning with operations and leadership.

You will collaborate with engineering, sales, and finance to meet dealer needs, negotiate terms, and expand market share. A 5+ year track record in industrial selling is required and travel of ~20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field required.
• Minimum of five years of Industrial selling experience.
• Strong analytical thinking and motivation to perform.
• Excellent verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills.
• Financial skills and business acumen to understand sales profitability and opportunities.
• Proven experience in negotiating outcomes that align with organizational strategies.
• Experience conducting and sharing market research and intelligence.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office and related software.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned dealers with account management, target achievement, order entry, and delivery coordination.
• Identify opportunities to expand share of wallet with dealers and grow multi-brand sales.
• Collaborate with dealers on forecasts and support programs with regular objectives.
• Travel approximately 20% as needed and coordinate with internal teams.
