Novae LLC, a leading North American trailer manufacturer, is seeking an Account Manager to deliver exceptional customer care to our dealer network and grow the business within assigned territories.

You will cultivate dealer partnerships, manage orders and forecasts, and coordinate new product launches while collaborating with Operations, Finance, and Engineering to meet growth targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of industrial selling experience.
• Strong analytical thinking and initiative.
• Excellent verbal, non-verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills.
• Financial acumen to understand sales profitability and opportunities.
• Experience negotiating outcomes aligned with organizational strategy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Dealer Portal, Aimbase, Zoho, and similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer care to assigned dealer network and drive growth within the territory.
• Cultivate and strengthen partnerships with existing and prospective dealers.
• Identify opportunities for profitable growth and develop sales plans.
• Coordinate order entry, quoting, and product launches with internal teams.
• Manage and support dealer activities, forecasting, and profitability initiatives.
• Travel approximately 20% for dealer visits and trade shows.
