Job summary

Informatica ProServ is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to guide data-management initiatives for client engagements, blending strategic advisory with hands-on technical delivery. You will shape roadmaps, lead advisory teams, support pre-sales, and drive solutions across MDM, data governance, and data quality, while mentoring others and fostering cross-group collaboration.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in the data management space.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong interviewing, analytical and curiosity skills.
• Knowledge of MDM, Data Governance, Data Quality and how they relate to data ecosystems.
• Prior leadership roles in business or technical areas.
• Ability to multi-task across priorities and engagements.
• Autodidactic mindset, curious and eager to learn.
• Working knowledge of modern data architecture.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients on data strategy and roadmaps.
• Support sales with client engagement, workshops and scoping.
• Lead billable PSU engagements and advisory programs.
• Host Informatica Journey leadership activities with cross-team collaboration.
• Mentor and coach team members toward senior expertise.
• Develop new PSU offerings and align with cross-group initiatives.
