Job summary

Salesforce in the United States seeks a Senior Solution Architect within the Strategic Services team to blend data-management strategy with hands-on credibility, guiding roadmaps and solution delivery for client engagements.

You will lead advisory work across MDM, DG, DI and data quality, collaborate with sales and product teams, mentor juniors, and help shape PSU offerings while advancing AI-enabled data strategies.

Qualifications

• 15+ years experience in the data management space.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for workshops.
• Strong interviewing, analytical and curiosity skills for client needs.
• Knowledge of MDM, Data Governance, Data Quality and value to client ecosystems.
• Prior leadership roles in business or technical areas.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple engagements.
• Curiosity and continuous learning mindset in a fast-changing sector.
• Understanding of modern data architecture and change management strategies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients on data strategy, roadmaps, and use cases alignment.
• Support sales with workshops and discovery sessions during scoping.
• Lead billable PSU engagements and Resident Advisor offerings.
• Host Informatica Journey and contribute to product development alignment.
• Share knowledge with Salesforce ProServ and cross-team collaboration.
