Job summary

Epsilon’s Data Science & AI practice within Analytics Services is seeking a Senior Staff Data Scientist to lead the delivery of advanced analytics and AI solutions that drive measurable business impact for our clients. You will own end-to-end delivery across multiple accounts, partner with client teams, and mentor a high-performing data science group.

The role requires deep technical expertise in analytics, a strategic mindset, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business

Qualifications

• 10+ years of analytics leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading client-facing analytics programs.
• Hands-on with Python, SQL and Databricks; experience with analytics platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of analytics programs across multiple client accounts, from scoping and solution design through execution, measurement and business impact articulation.
• Partner with analytic consulting teams, clients and account teams to translate objectives into scalable analytical solutions and insights.
• Develop and govern analytical frameworks for segmentation, propensity modeling, CLV, campaign measurement and attribution.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure high-quality, on-time, on-budget delivery and strong governance.
• Translate analyses into executive-level stories and client-ready recommendations.
