Job summary

SentiLink is seeking a Head of Solutions Analytics to lead a team of analysts and data scientists embedded in our sales process and partner relationships. You’ll build compelling, data-driven business cases from pilot data and expand analytics to generate early-stage pipeline.

You are a hands-on leader with strong communication, coaching skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across the organization. This is a remote, US-based role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of total experience with 5+ years in people management.
• Background in consulting, financial services, analytics, or high-growth startups.
• Ability to lead teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong data fundamentals and storytelling to land business cases.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Solutions Analytics team embedded in sales and partner relationships.
• Translate pilot data into rigorous, executive-ready narratives and presentations.
• Act as analytical thought partner to the sales team and partners.
• Build and scale analytics practices, raise performance standards.
• Expand analytics scope to pipeline analytics and ongoing consulting.
• Develop industry materials and publish insights with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain durable relationships with partners throughout the lifecycle.
