Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Senior Manager of Master Data Management & Reference Data to translate business priorities into scalable data capabilities. You will establish enterprise data standards, drive governance, and lead cross-functional teams across business and technology to advance MDM and Reference Data initiatives.

• Experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry with regulated processes and compliance.
• Experience with Reltio MDM and ontology/terminology platforms such as SciBite or TopQuadrant.
• Experience leading cross-functional data initiatives across business and technology teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate business priorities into scalable data capabilities and enterprise data standards.
• Lead enterprise MDM and Reference Data roadmaps aligned with strategic initiatives.
• Oversee MDM and Reference Data initiatives across customer, product, supplier, and material domains.
• Establish governance processes, standards, and quality controls for enterprise data.
• Lead implementation and enhancement of Reltio MDM and Reference Data capabilities.
