Deloitte’s AI & Data practice seeks a Data Management Engineer III with Commercial Master Data Management expertise to strengthen commercial data foundations for trusted analytics and compliant operations. This hands-on role focuses on MDM with Reltio IDMC and Informatica MDM in Life Sciences domains.

You will design data models, establish governance, and drive quality and stewardship, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, IT, and Compliance while supporting travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data management/MDM experience.
• 2+ years with Reltio MDM and/or Informatica MDM.
• 2+ years knowledge of Life Sciences commercial domains.
• 4+ years in data governance and stewardship with KPI definition.
• 4+ years data integration patterns, APIs, and data pipelines.
• 4+ years data quality tooling and monitoring.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an MDM product and delivery lead for commercial master data.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, IT to align priorities and drive adoption.
• Design and maintain MDM data models and hierarchies for HCP/HCO and accounts.
• Configure identity resolution, survivorship, and stewardship workflows.
• Establish identifier strategies and crosswalks across systems.
• Define data quality rules, thresholds, monitoring, and remediation processes.
• Support governance operations, change control, and audit-ready docs.
• Collaborate on privacy-aware design and compliance requirements.
• Drive runbooks, release practices, incident management, and monitoring.
