Job summary

Culligan Quench seeks an Integration and Data Management Analyst, Mergers & Acquisitions, to drive seller data integration across acquisitions. You’ll collect, clean, map, and validate data for Day 1 readiness, coordinate with IT, Finance, and Sales, and support the ongoing improvement of AI-enabled intake and validation processes.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional experience in data analysis, data management, or related roles.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including data queries, pivot tables, LOOKUPs, and data cleaning.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools, automation, data extraction, or data quality improvements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary working contact for sellers during data collection and explain integration requirements.
• Work with sellers to collect customer, contract, billing, service, route, asset, pricing, and operational data for due diligence and integration planning.
• Lead data follow-up routines, clarify data definitions, resolve inconsistencies, and escalate blockers for Day 1 readiness.
• Validate data for completeness and usability, partnering with sellers to close gaps and improve file quality.
• Prepare, clean, normalize, and map seller data into Quench integration templates for upload into systems.
• Support IT, Finance, Customer Care, Field Operations, Billing, and Sales to ensure Day 1 readiness and smooth onboarding.
