Job summary

Culligan Quench is seeking a Corporate Development Senior Associate to drive acquisition execution across North America, ranging from $1M to $50M+ in enterprise value. You will build complex financial models, manage diligence, negotiate agreements, and coordinate with integration teams to ensure a seamless post-close integration.

You will work closely with senior leadership, frame strategic recommendations, and support deal memos for the board and investors, while managing multiple transactions

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in professional services, private equity or corporate development.
• Bachelor’s degree required, with formal training in finance and/or accounting.
• Ability to develop complex financial models and perform data analysis using Excel, Word and PowerPoint; Salesforce.com and Power BI a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to present conclusions and negotiate with target companies.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of accuracy and thoroughness in work.
• Accountability, coachability, and self-awareness.
• Willingness to travel and work late/weekend hours when necessary to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary transaction lead from term sheet through closing.
• Develop financial models and valuation recommendations; oversee diligence.
• Lead purchase agreement negotiations and coordinate with legal counsel.
• Provide regular updates to Management on deal status and diligence findings.
• Work with Integration Team to ensure a smooth post-close integration.
• Prepare Deal Approval Memos for Senior Leadership, Board and Investors.
• Capture lessons learned and improve deal execution processes.
