Culligan Quench is seeking a Corporate Development Senior Associate to lead acquisitions and manage deals end-to-end. The role covers modeling, diligence, negotiation, and cross‑functional collaboration across North America with a high-visibility focus.

You will work with senior leadership, coordinate with legal and integration teams, and manage multiple transactions from term sheet to close, including post-close integration activities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting required.
• Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to lead negotiations.
• Proven project management ability in fast-paced environments.
• High attention to detail and accountability.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
• Experience with Salesforce.com and Power BI is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact with the Seller throughout the transaction process.
• Develop project plans and timelines for due diligence and manage the data room.
• Evaluate information from target companies and coordinate with 3rd-party vendors.
• Produce 3-statement financial projections and conduct valuation analyses (DCF, LBO).
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements with legal counsel.
• Provide updates to Management on deal status and diligence findings.
• Support deal approvals for Senior Leadership and Investors.
• Coordinate post-close integration with the Integration Team and operations.
• Capture lessons learned to improve deal execution.
