Job summary

Culligan Quench is seeking an Integration and Data Management Analyst, Mergers & Acquisitions, to drive data readiness and integration for acquisitions. You will coordinate with sellers and internal teams to ensure accurate data collection, validation, and timely Day 1 execution.

You will develop templates, map data to Qforce/ERP systems, and monitor KPI trends while advancing toward a broader integration leadership role within 12–18 months.

Qualifications

• Experience collecting, cleaning, normalizing, mapping, and reconciling data from multiple sources.
• Strong communication with sellers to set data requirements, formats, and timelines.
• Comfort working with imperfect data and driving files to Day 1 readiness.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for sellers during data collection and data readiness.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Customer Care, Field Ops, Billing, and Sales to prepare data for integration.
• Lead data follow-up routines, track open items, clarify definitions, and resolve blockers.
• Validate data for completeness and usability, close gaps with sellers for migration readiness.
• Prepare, clean, map, and normalize data into Quench integration templates for upload into systems.
• Maintain integration trackers, issue logs, and cutover materials for Day 1 readiness.
