Oscar Health is hiring a Senior Analyst, Data Analytics, SIU to support the SIU team from a fully remote role in the United States. The role focuses on analyzing financial and utilization metrics to reduce inefficiencies and improve value for Oscar members.

You will report to the Manager, SIU Data Analytics & Reporting and work across stakeholders to scope analyses, build dashboards, and communicate insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Competenze

• 1+ years of technical work experience using analytical tools and writing analytical reports.
• 1+ years demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and distill analyses into insights with a structured thought process.
• Strong communication skills for business reporting across technical and non-technical audiences on at least 2 projects.
• Experience in SQL, or proficiency in R or Python with Pandas and statistical tests.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel with VLOOKUP, nested IFs, and connected Sheets.
