Oscar Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, Data Analytics, SIU to partner across the organization in scoping, analyzing, and monitoring performance of key financial and utilization metrics, with the goal of reducing medical waste and delivering affordable, high-quality care to members.

You will report to the Manager, SIU Data Analytics & Reporting. This fully remote role is open to US residents (excluding certain states) with occasional travel for team meetings and events.

Formación

• 1+ years of technical work experience with analytical tools and writing analytical reports.
• 1+ years of experience with large datasets and distilling analyses into insights with a structured approach.
• Strong communication skills for business reporting, including at least 2 cross-functional reporting projects.
• Experience in SQL with filtering, aggregation, and CTEs; or proficiency in R/Python with Pandas, loops, and statistical tests.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, including VLOOKUP, nested IFs, and connected Sheets.
• 1+ years in healthcare, finance, or the insurance industry.

• Tell a story with data that non-technical colleagues can understand.
• Oversee creation and maintenance of dashboards and adapt them as needs evolve.
• Create models and tools to identify and remove inefficiencies.
• Collaborate across the organization to identify actions and measure impact.
• Support strategic projects as needed and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
