Corning Optical Communications is seeking a Program Specialist to act as the operational backbone for our most strategic Data Center accounts. You will coordinate complex projects, align Customer Operations, Supply Chain, and Product teams, and ensure commitments land on time.

In this high-visibility role, you will work with Global Account Managers and Sales Engineers, manage communications, and maintain forecasts across planning tools.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience in account management, project coordination, or customer operations
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across cross-functional teams
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience coordinating with Supply Chain, Operations, or Product teams on complex project delivery
• Background in data center, fiber optics, telecommunications, or networking industry
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
• Background in Customer Care, Marketing, or Sales support functions
• Flexibility to work outside standard business hours when required to support customer needs

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate project delivery for Data Center accounts by aligning Customer Operations, Supply Chain, and Product teams on timelines and milestones
• Manage customer-facing communications and meeting coordination
• Provide tactical account management support to Global Account Managers and Sales Engineers
• Maintain and update project forecasts and delivery timelines in planning tools
• Travel to customer sites and account meetings up to 25%
