Job summary

Corning is seeking a Customer Experience Program Specialist to support Nvidia with Photonics Connectivity Solutions and data center connectivity projects. The role partners with the CPO Global Account Manager and acts as an extension of the sales team to ensure exceptional customer experience across PCS and DCBU.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with Customer Operations, PLM, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to drive on-time delivery, strong engagement, and account growth while handling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
• Strong knowledge of Corning products and markets.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and coordinate high-value customers and complex projects.
• Highly organized with strong time management and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Provide tactical account management support to Nvidia per the account strategy.
• Develop partnerships with Nvidia and ODMs to expand access for Corning Optical Communications.
• Support end-to-end order-to-delivery execution for Nvidia across all products.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet delivery schedules for high-visibility projects.
• Participate in customer meetings to review timelines and metrics.
• Forecast for high-visibility projects with PLM and Supply Chain.
• Maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers.
• Maintain knowledge of Corning Optical Communications products for Nvidia applications.
