Trane Technologies, a world leader in sustainable climate solutions, is seeking a Data Center Partnership Leader for a remote role. You will own and drive strategic interoperability and growth through partnerships with technology partners, customers, and industry peers to create new value and revenue streams.

Define the partnership strategy, manage key alliances (e.g., NVIDIA), align roadmaps, and lead joint GTM campaigns.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
Proven track record of identifying, structuring, negotiating, and managing complex partnerships.
Experience in business development, strategic alliances, or corporate strategy, preferably in tech.
Strong financial acumen and experience evaluating new business models.
Excellent leadership and communication skills; ability to influence across levels.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the comprehensive partnership strategy for the data center business.
Own and advance strategic alliances with key technology players, driving joint GTM campaigns.
Identify, evaluate, and commercialize innovative business models to capture new revenue streams.
Lead executive-level collaboration platforms and steering committees with hyperscale operators.
Understand evolving high-density compute roadmaps to shape system offerings.
Expand relationships with industry consortiums and standard bodies.
