Job summary

CyrusOne is seeking a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to support a 24/7/365 data center operations and maintenance team. The role focuses on planning resources, scheduling, and executing preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance to minimize production interruptions.

The candidate will coordinate with management, operations, and engineering, manage CMMS scheduling, and help drive efficient maintenance planning and capital project support across the site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; advanced degree/certifications preferred.
• At least five years of industrial or data center experience or related field.
• At least three years of maintenance and supervisory experience.
• At least three years of maintenance planner/scheduler experience.
• Familiarity with Change Management, Work Order Control, and CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule all submitted work orders to ensure proper preparation.
• Lead open communication within the facility between Management, Operations and Engineering.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations and Customers to complete maintenance on time.
• Manage materials planning, project planning and execution.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and work plans for maintenance activities.
