Job summary

CyrusOne is seeking a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to join its Operations & Maintenance team at a 24/7/365 data center environment. You will plan resources, schedule tasks, and coordinate with site groups to execute preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance with minimal production disruption.

The role emphasizes open communication across Management, Operations, and Engineering, with a focus on safety and efficiency. Strong planning, CMMS, and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; advanced maintenance certifications preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years of industrial or Data Center experience; maintenance supervisory experience.
• Three (3) years of maintenance planner/scheduler experience; change management and work order control knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule all submitted work orders to ensure proper preparation.
• Lead open communication between Management, Operations and Engineering.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Operations and Engineering to plan and schedule all maintenance work.
• Manage spare parts inventory and sourcing to ensure availability.
• Manage CMMS to schedule work and track parts, man-hours, and completed tasks.
• Develop and implement detailed SOPs/work plans for maintenance areas.
• Schedule major and minor site outages minimizing impact to operations.
