Job summary

CyrusOne is seeking a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to join our 24/7/365 Operations & Maintenance team supporting data center facilities. You will plan, schedule, and execute preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance tasks, coordinating with site groups to minimize production interruptions.

The role requires strong planning能力, CMMS proficiency, and collaboration across Engineering, Operations, and Management to keep facilities running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; advanced degree/certs in maintenance preferred.
• Five+ years of industrial or data center experience.
• Three+ years in maintenance planning/scheduling and supervisory roles.
• Working knowledge of Change Management, Work Order Control, and CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule all submitted work orders to ensure proper preparation.
• Lead open communication among Management, Operations and Engineering.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations and Customers to complete maintenance on time.
• Manage materials planning, project planning and execution.
• Oversee spare parts inventory and sourcing.
• Utilize CMMS to schedule work and track parts, hours, and completion.
