Job summary

CyrusOne is seeking a skilled Data Center Operations & Maintenance professional to join the team under the Senior Facility Manager. You will support 24/7/365 critical-load operations, perform maintenance, and coordinate with contractors to keep data centers running reliably.

You will use CMMS to track work orders, respond to alarms, and implement safety procedures. The role requires versatility, strong problem solving, and the ability to work extended hours during emergencies.

Qualifications

• Journeyman level skills in electrical, mechanical, HVAC/R disciplines.
• 5 to 7 years in Tier 2–4 Data Centers or related O&M roles.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and service levels.
• Experience with CMMS and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to Sr. Facility Manager for completing assigned O&M tasks in Data Center operations.
• Use CMMS to track maintenance, labor hours, PMs, and tickets.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and site SOPs/MOPs/EOPs.
• Respond to alarms and stabilize operations, coordinating with OEM technicians as needed.
