Job summary

CyrusOne in Lebanon, OH, is seeking a Maintenance Planner & Scheduler to join a 24/7/365 data center operations team.

You will plan, schedule, and execute preventive, predictive, and reactive maintenance, manage CMMS, and coordinate with Engineering and Operations to minimize downtime and ensure on-time work completion.

The role requires 5+ years in industrial or data center maintenance, planner experience, and strong PC skills; a self-starter attitude and keen attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; advanced degree/certification preferred.
• 5+ years in industrial or Data Center maintenance experience.
• 3+ years of maintenance supervisory experience.
• 3+ years as maintenance planner/scheduler.
• Familiarity with Change Management, Work Order Control, and CMMS.
• Working knowledge of plant equipment (pumps, piping, heat exchangers, vessels, instrumentation).
• Proficient PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule all submitted work orders to ensure proper preparation.
• Lead open communication among Management, Operations and Engineering.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations and Customers to complete maintenance on time.
• Manage materials planning and spare parts inventory; coordinate sourcing.
• Develop and implement SOPs or job/work plans for maintenance tasks.
• Schedule major and minor site outages minimizing production impact.
• Conduct root cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Support safety culture and maintain required documentation.
