Job summary

JLL is seeking a Maintenance Planner/Scheduler for Data Centers in Claude, TX. The role focuses on planning and scheduling maintenance using CMMS, managing MRO, and ensuring asset data integrity.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in facilities planning and strong communication and organizational skills. On-site position with comprehensive benefits and opportunities to optimize maintenance programs and reporting.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in facilities planning and scheduling.
• Experience planning and scheduling the work of hourly employees using CMMS systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Visio, Outlook); working knowledge of SharePoint.
• Knowledge of commercial HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems and equipment.
• Client service-oriented attitude and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule maintenance using CMMS and standardized processes.
• Manage asset maintenance parts ordering (MRO) and optimize with PM Auto ordering.
• Create asset-related purchase requisitions and track parts and documentation.
• Collaborate with operations to optimize maintenance programs and improve data accuracy.
• Provide weekly reports, identify risks, and support schedule adjustments.
