The role targets an established partner or senior attorney with deep experience in data centers, energy, project finance, or infrastructure to lead sophisticated transactions. The candidate will advise developers, investors, lenders, and operators on complex financings and projects, shaping the strategic direction of a growing practice at the intersection

Qualifications

• Established partner or senior attorney with substantial experience in data centers, energy, project finance, or infrastructure.
• Strong track record advising on complex commercial transactions and financings.
• Experience with data center development, energy arrangements, and infrastructure financing.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Strong market relationships with developers, lenders, sponsors, or operators.
• Ability to lead sophisticated client engagements across practice groups.
• Admitted to practice in Washington, D.C., or eligible for admission.

Responsibilities

• Advise developers, investors, lenders, and other market participants on high-value data center and infrastructure projects.
• Structure and execute large-scale investments and joint ventures.
• Develop and nurture key client relationships to grow the practice.
• Collaborate across practice groups to deliver practical, commercial advice.
