Job summary

Oracle's Data Center and Networking Legal Team seeks a senior attorney to support complex data center financing, colocation, and build-to-suit transactions in the US. You will advise on energy PPAs and large infrastructure deals, partnering with executives to shape strategy and templates for scalable legal guidance.

Candidates should have a JD, bar admission, and 6–10+ years of relevant experience, with a proven track record in infrastructure financing and related agreements.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. state.
• 6–10+ years of relevant legal experience in a law firm, government agency, or in-house department (IC5 level, 12+ years; one level lower considered).
• Proven track record advising clients on complex infrastructure financing or transactional matters.
• Experience with Renewable energy PPAs, utility interconnection agreements, energy supply agreements, and large-scale infrastructure financing.
