TalentCloud Group is seeking a Senior Associate Attorney to join an in-house legal team supporting large-scale energy, infrastructure and data center projects in the Washington, D.C. area.

The role emphasizes regulatory, transactional, and project-related matters at the intersection of power, technology, and infrastructure development. The successful candidate will have 6+ years of energy regulation experience, a JD from an accredited law school, and active U.S.

Qualifications

• Must hold a JD from an accredited law school.
• Active U.S. bar admission or ability to obtain admission.
• 6+ years of experience in energy regulation, infrastructure, or energy-focused transactions.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise on energy regulatory matters impacting generation, renewables, transmission, storage, and infrastructure assets.
• Support development, permitting, financing, acquisition, and operation of infrastructure and data center projects.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial, regulatory, and project agreements.
• Manage regulatory filings and engagement with relevant authorities.
• Provide clear legal advice to internal business, technical, and finance teams.
• Coordinate with external counsel and consultants on complex matters.
