ABB Robotics is seeking a Sales Manager in California (San Jose preferred) to own a sub-segment and drive profitable sales growth with hyperscalers in the data center segment. You will develop and implement the sales strategy for your accounts and coordinate all commercial activities to achieve customer satisfaction through delivering value and resolving issues.

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree and commercial work experience in Account Management and Key Account Management roles; strong preference with data center automation space.
Solution selling, client engagement, negotiation and industry awareness.

Responsabilidades

Own a complete sub-segment and drive profitable sales growth with hyperscalers in the data center segment.
Develop and implement the sales strategy for accounts and coordinate all commercial activities to achieve customer satisfaction.
Lead a virtual team of Sales and Sales Support professionals across multiple states and regions.
Create, plan and implement detailed Account plans and achieve timely completion of objectives.
Develop knowledge of the product portfolio and create customer value propositions and portfolio offering.
