• Lead big data/analytics projects, gather and integrate data, and develop predictive models or segmentation trees.
• Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques and tools.
• Collaborate with partners to build a secure data environment and generate insights from multiple data sources.
• Develop use cases from internal/external data to identify life-events.
• Evaluate new tools and measurement techniques to assess strategy effectiveness.
• Work with cross-functional teams to enable data-driven product management and customer/partner engagement.
• Deliver insights and actionable recommendations based on results and benchmarks.
• Lead efforts to build, maintain dashboards and performance metrics to support key decisions.
