Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Data Analytics Manager to drive growth by leveraging data across partner relationships and credit card portfolios. You will lead analytics projects, develop predictive models, and collaborate with marketing and analytics teams to uncover opportunities.

You will build dashboards, deliver actionable insights, and work with cross-functional teams to enable data-driven decisions from day one. The role requires 5–7 years in analytics and a related bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Five to seven years of statistical and/or data analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics projects and build predictive models or segmentation trees using large data sets.
• Interpret data and analyze results with statistical techniques and tools.
• Collaborate with partners to create a secure data environment and build insights from multiple sources.
• Develop use cases from internal and external data sources to identify life-events.
• Evaluate new tools and techniques to assess strategy effectiveness.
• Work with cross-functional teams to enable data-driven product management and engagement.
• Deliver insights and actionable recommendations based on results and benchmarks.
• Lead the development and maintenance of dashboards and performance metrics for key business decisions.
