Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an Insights & Analytics Consultant to partner with Consumer Banking, Growth Studio, and enterprise teams to turn data into actionable insights that guide strategy and improve customer experiences.

You'll lead analytics from discovery to visualization, mentor analysts, and promote data-driven decision-making while collaborating with Data Science and Technology teams to operationalize solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5–7 years of statistical and/or data analytics experience.
• Experience developing KPI frameworks and performance measures.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, analysis, and automation.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and data governance best practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand objectives and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Translate complex questions into data-driven solutions and measurable outcomes.
• Develop KPI frameworks, scorecards, and performance metrics.
• Design dashboards and self-service analytics tools using Power BI.
• Mentor analysts and promote analytics best practices across the organization.
• Collaborate with Data Science and Technology to operationalize solutions.
