U.S. Bank seeks an Insights & Analytics Consultant to partner with Consumer Banking, Growth Studio, and enterprise teams, turning complex data into actionable insights that influence strategy and performance.

You will lead analytics initiatives from discovery to visualization, mentoring analysts and driving data-driven decision-making across the organization. The role requires collaboration across technology and governance teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• Five to seven years of statistical and/or data analytics experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, analysis, and automation.
• Experience with Power BI and data visualization best practices.
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Azure, AWS, Databricks, Snowflake.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand objectives, define analytical approaches, and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Translate complex business questions into data-driven solutions and measurable outcomes.
• Develop KPI frameworks, scorecards, and performance metrics to measure business outcomes.
• Design experiments and measurement frameworks to quantify business impact.
• Develop dashboards and self-service analytics tools using Power BI to improve decision-making.
